Capstone Logistics is Hiring a Grocery Delivery Driver Near Hartford, CT
Capstone Logistics is looking for Independent Contractors/Owner Operators with vehicles 2013 or newer for Grocery deliveries to residences in the Hartford, CT area. Drivers will be expected to deliver 2-4 order per hour (this is dependent on vehicle size) from Store to Door. No Shopping! No unattended Deliveries! All deliveries are Local! The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements. Owner Operators encouraged to apply!
Shift Open: ALL 7 DAYS ARE AVAILABLE (pick your days and stick to them!)
Hours: 9a-5p
Pay: 8.50 per delivery (Contractor is guaranteed a minimum of 14 orders per shift) Tips
Providing Excellent Customer Service is a must!
!! Vehicles MUST BE provided by the contractors, we don't provide them!!
Easy Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- A valid driver’s license and current insurance
- A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
- Must have and be able to use a smartphone
- Heavy Lifting required daily!
- All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay!
- No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.

Preferred Contractor Vehicles
- Sedans, SUV’s and Vans with ample space for large orders!
!! Vehicles MUST BE provided on behalf of the contractors!!
Fees: All I/C’s are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C.
